Today we have been shopping for things that we want to redo in our house before we put it up for sale. Like some tile for the floors, new bathroom vanities, paint, ect..... It's been fun picking stuff out but it will be nice when it is all finished! It will be fun to buy a new house to flip!!

yeah, but you can't sell them for a profit after you invest all that money can you?

you just have to wait to see if they have kids and then I think that is considered the "profit"

Well when they marry we get a profit, cause we get another family member then when they...............................
we get a GRANDCHILD. SO I call that a very profitable investment!
